Job Finders: 8 Steps to getting the job you want is a comprehensive job finding program designed to give employees a strategic approach to obtaining employment inside or outside their current workplace. (Click at top of page for more information.)
Job Readiness Training: Turning new hires into high performers helps job finders become job keepers by providing basic skills to help employees succeed on the job. (Click at top of page for more information.)
Communication Styles & Skills for Employees explores communication styles and teaches employees how to adapt their own style to more effectively work with others. The Myers-Briggs Type inventory is used in this two-day workshop.
Interpersonal Communication Skills is designed to help employees build relationships and improve organizational effectiveness. It includes Listening Skills, Communication Barriers and Delivering/Receiving Feedback.
